Job Qualifications:  Must possess a valid driver’s license.  DOT card is helpful but not necessary. High school diploma or GED.  Must have valid EPA Certificate or be willing to obtain one.  Two years of related work experience or HVAC Certificate preferred but not required.

Pay Range
Rate of pay is based off skills, prior related job experience, licenses/ certificates, and availability. Pay
range is anywhere from $18-30 per hour.

 Unit Secretary

The main responsibilities include providing administrative and clerical support to the nursing team. This includes such things as coordinating inside and outside medical appointments for Residents and assist with arranging transportation; ordering OTC medications and supplies for residents; assist with updating vital sign books, and annual informed consents; and helping coordinate various other projects and administrative duties as needed.

Qualified candidates must have excellent organizational skills; must be caring, compassionate and service oriented. Must have strong computer skills. The right person for this role must be a strong communicator and have excellent customer service skills. Must have at least a high school diploma. Prior experience as an administrative assistant required; experience working in healthcare preferred.

Hours are Monday thru Friday, 8am - 4pm
